Even if you're dreading today's to-do list, being responsible will be easier when you're able to gamify the tasks ahead. Perhaps for everything you do, you can put a marble in a small jar, and when the marbles fill up the jar, you can treat yourself to something you've been saving for a rainy day, or make it a competition with a roommate or family member. Just have fun with it!
